Sunderland are being linked with a move for Blackburn Rovers midfielder Steven N'zonzi, according to reports.

The Black Cats have renewed their interest in the player, who has told his club he wants to move.
N'zonzi, a 23-year-old former French Under-21 international, is one of several players looking to leave Rovers, but with three years still to run on his contract, could prove expensive.
Sunderland have already been linked with a £6m move for him.But with Rovers set to play in the Championship next season, N'Zonzi has been linked with a move to numerous Premier League clubs.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Manchester United and Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala have also been named as suitors in competition for his signature.
