Sunderland striker Ryan Noble has joined Npower League One side Hartlepool United on loan.

The 20-year-old, who has suffered a number of injuries throughout his career, has also been on loan to Derby County this season. He will be with Pools until the end of the season.
The Sunderland-born England under-19 international made his first team debut in the FA Cup tie against Barrow at the Stadium of Light in January 2010.
