The league plans to appoint ‘Secret Shopper’ volunteers to monitor bad language in matches between the league’s 46 clubs.
The plan is to ‘name and shame’ clubs whose players and officials regularly use foul language.
But, a number of clubs have objected to the move including Sunderland RCA and North Shields.
