The Falcons' first game of the season will see them travel to Bristol on Sunday September 2. And seven months later the West Country side will visit Kingston Park to end the regular Championship season.
The trip to Bristol will be new Director of Rugby Dean Richards' first competitive game in charge of the Falcons.
The following week Newcastle travel to London Scottish on Saturday September 8, before their first home game of the season against Doncaster Knights on Friday September 14 - a team they face in pre-season on August 11.
The draw for the British and Irish Cup has also been made, with the Falcons being drawn alongside Connacht, Cross Keys and Newport in Pool 4.
Richards told the club's official website: "I am really looking forward to the start of the season, I cannot wait to get started. Bristol is a tough opening game for us and we will have to be at our best to get our campaign under way with a win.
"I know that the boys are all working hard in training at the moment under the guidance of an excellent backroom set-up."
