The Falcons remain unbeaten in all competitions since Dean Richards took charge at Kingston Park.
Richards’ side ran in six tries in total with Oliver Tomaszczyk scoring the first after just three minutes.
Jimmy Gopperth missed the resulting conversion and soon after the home side put their only points of the game on the board through a Tadhg Leader penalty.
Ally Hogg scored the Falcons’ second try of the night after 13 minutes but Gopperth again missed the conversion.
But the fly-half did add his name to the scoresheet with a try and also added the conversion to make it 17-3 to the Falcons at half-time.
An unconverted Alex Tait try came soon into the second period to secure a bonus point and winger Andrew Higgins also crossed to make it 27-3, but again Gopperth failed to convert.
The Falcons were awarded a penalty try after 59 minutes to which Gopperth added the extras to ensure a second Cup win in a week for the Falcons.
