Andrew Punshon lost his British Association of Mixed Martial Arts middleweight title fight on Saturday, and is blaming himself for the defeat.
Punshon was beaten in the first round of his fight at Wembley on September 15, after his opponent Jack Marshman forced him to submit with a triangle hold.
But Punshon has vowed to come back stronger from the defeat.
He is back in the ring on October 13 at the Made 4 The Cage event at Rainton Meadows Arena.
