Sky Tyne and Wear steps into the ring and comes face to face with Rainton bantamweight Martin Ward.
Ward has not fought a competitive bout since April 20 after suffering a hand injury.
The 24-year-old south paw was supposed to get his long-awaited shot at the English bantemweight title at Sunderland's Stadium of Light at the Summer Rumble Two.
He was forced to pull out of the bout against Liverpool's Mike Robinson after suffering the injury.
But, this video shows he is back in full training.
