The monthly sessions cover trapeze, aerial hoop, cocoon and rope.
The aerial dance includes hanging upside down and helps build strength and stamina.
Sessions cost £20 and are held on Sunday 22 July, 23 Sept, 14 Oct and 2 Dec.
