Fans are queuing up to an hour to pick up or purchase tickets for Olympic football at St James' Park.
On Thursday some spectators missed parts of the games because of even longer waiting times.
LOCOG have deployed more ticketing staff since but the problem has not gone away.
They are advising people to pick up tickets on non-matchdays and allow plenty of time.
