A teenager was taken to hospital after he was stabbed in an early morning knife attack in Sunderland.
The 18-year-old male knocked on the door of an address in Conway Road in Hylton Castle at around 5.40am on Sunday, October 28, asking for help after he had been injured.
He was taken to hospital with a stab wound. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police said it is not yet known how the man came to suffer his injuries and officers are carrying out enquiries in order to establish the circumstances.
