CCTV images show a man and a woman police want to trace following an assault in a Newcastle bar that left a man unconscious.
It happened at about 1.20am on Sunday June 24 at Jalou Bar in Neville Street in the city centre.
A 21-year-old man was assaulted inside the bar.
He was unconscious for a time and also suffered facial injuries including a black eye and bruising, and cuts to his lip and tongue.
A man was seen running from the bar after the assault.
Police say they believe the man and woman shown in the CCTV images have information which will help the investigation.
