Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor says the club's chief scout Graham Carr should be 'honoured by the Queen'.
Carr has been praised on numerous occasions for the scouting network he has put in place at the club.
He is credited with picking out players like Cheick Tiote and Yohan Cabaye and helping bring them to Newcastle.
Taylor also says that the side must learn from their achievements last season and look to push on from their experiences.
