Newcastle Falcons hooker Joe Graham says he cannot wait for the new season.
Graham is one of four hookers at the club and says the new management will allow each player to start 'with a clean slate'.
New director of rugby Dean Richards starts work at Kingston Park in August.
And, while Graham says he is looking forward to working under Richards, he has learnt a great deal from forwards coach John Wells who recently signed a new contract with the club.
