The other ten players who were recently offered deals have signed new one year contracts.
Captain Ben Clark, and defenders James Curtis and Carl Magnay have re-signed. Midfielders Phil Turnbull, Jamie Chandler, Micky Cummins, Josh Gillies and James Marwood have also put pen to paper.
Up front strikers Liam Hatch and Nathan Fisher will be back next season but top scorer Jon Shaw, who has several league clubs after his signature, is yet to sign.
Odubade is currently thought to be in the south weighing up his options.
Gateshead manager Ian Bogie is looking to bring in at least six new faces over the summer to bolster the squad after releasing eleven players from last season's squad.
