The new season tips off against Glasgow Rocks at Sport Central on Friday night.
Fabulous lifted all four available trophies in 2012 and wants to repeat the feat with a new look side in 2013.
Eagles have five new players in their roster – Anthony Martin, Kareen Maddox, Damon Huffman and youngsters Theo Turner and Eddie Matthew.
Flournoy spoke to Sky Tyne and Wear as we filmed the new pre-game video to be premiered at the Rocks game on Friday.
The head coach said: “We have some new faces and some old faces, this team has its own destiny to find and own identity to make.
“We open up with our nemesis and our rivals, it always goes down to the wire.”
Flournoy has no major injury concerns with Kareen Maddox (knee) and Damon Huffman (groin) likely to shake off niggles.
